RiftKeep

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use RiftKeep (the “Game”). Core gameplay can be played offline. Some advertising and security features require an internet connection.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device using Apple-provided storage. This may include unlocked levels, star ratings, high scores, total kills, coin totals, play time, first-launch status, and preferences for music, sound effects, and vibration. This local information is used to save your progress and settings. We do not receive this locally stored gameplay information through the Game.

2. Advertising and Tracking Permission

The Game may display rewarded advertising. On supported iOS versions, the Game may request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You may deny this permission. Denying permission does not prevent access to the Game, although advertising may be less personalized. You can review or change tracking permission in your device’s iOS settings.

3. Third-Party Advertising Services

The Game includes third-party advertising technologies, including Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, and InMobi. Depending on your permission choices, device settings, location, and the provider’s practices, these services may process information such as:

The Game contacts a remote configuration service using the app’s bundle identifier to determine which advertising platforms and ad units are available. Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Security and Fraud Prevention

The Game uses HSSecurity technology to support app integrity, security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection. This service may process technical information related to the app, device, network, identifiers such as Apple’s identifier for vendor, and security signals needed to provide these functions.

5. How Information Is Used

Information processed by the Game or its service providers may be used to:

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your locally stored game progress. Information described above may be shared with advertising, security, infrastructure, and measurement providers when necessary to provide their services. These providers may independently determine how they process certain information under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention and Your Choices

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is reset in the Game, removed through device controls, or the Game is deleted. Data processed by third-party providers is retained according to each provider’s policies and applicable law.

You can limit relevant processing by denying AppTrackingTransparency permission, changing privacy or advertising settings in iOS, choosing not to view optional rewarded ads, or deleting the Game.

8. Children’s Privacy

RiftKeep is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, please contact us.

9. International Processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, such processing is subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.
